Automatic steel wire packaging machine is independently researched, Operation procedures are as followings: After loading, pull wire with precision take off machine, a uniformly rotating collect frame can make the wire compact while taking-in, storage space is saved, precision take off machine will be automatically stopped when the weight of wire reaches a target weight, steel wire is cut after being simply fixed, put the wire on the conveying car which carries it back to the original location,
then the precision take off machine is automatically turned on, a roller will automatically convey the wire to the packaging location, after auto positioning, the manipulator will automatically send woven belt, packaging machine will start to enwind wire with a high speed.

Once finish packaging, another manipulator will automatically adopt PE strip and begin packaging, then the roller line will pick up the wire to weighing location, the intelligent weighing system will upload data and send it to the records center, the data is not only shared but the original information can also be traced, the printed tag will be pasted on the wire rod’s outer packing by marking system,
then wire rod will be rotated 270 degrees so that rear equipment can read tag information, after wire rod being sent to the overturn location, upward the overturn 70 degrees in order to transfer it conveniently, various specifications of wires will be hoisted sorting by the turnover unit to aggregate car stored location with the help of crane jib of the fully automatic cone pile machine.The aggregate car has six row seats in total, different specifications of wire rods can be stored at each row, thus can achieve classified storage.
